FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS & DELIVERY DAYS

In the event of any goods supplied being faulty or arriving in a damaged condition, or delays in delivery, please email us at info@reforestuk-ltd.co.uk. All complaints will be dealt with immediately and any remedial action taken will be fully explained by phone or email on the same day if possible. Faulty or damaged goods will be replaced or a refund made (including the cost of any return postage), at our discretion.

OUR RETURNS POLICY

Due to the consumable nature of Reforest UK products, we do not accept any returns. However if the products are faulty or do not arrive in perfect condition, we shall replace the goods or refund the transaction immediately.
